Shab was invited to participate in a closed competition to design a sales center for a mega project located on the coast of Oman. The experince center we proposed is a remarkable one-story building that offers visitors an unparalleled 360-degree view of the sea. The design of the building incorporates glass walls, allowing visitors to enjoy different perspectives of the surrounding landscape at their leisure. Additionally, the building features a large organic white shading element that serves as a roof, providing protection from the elements while adding to the aesthetic appeal of the structure.
Situated on a sand hill, the Experience Center seamlessly integrates with the surrounding landscape, creating a harmonious connection between architecture and nature. The building is divided into three distinct sections: the public area, the semi-public space, and the staff quarters. Each section is thoughtfully designed to cater to different needs and functions while maintaining a cohesive architectural vision.
